Question:

I am trying to confirm that the Thule OutWay 2 bike will fit on my Nissan Juke. Also I would like to know if I can open the trunk with this rack installed in place. Thanks

The 2011 and 2012 Nissan Juke have been tested for fit using the Thule OutWay, # TH45JV and # TH56BV, trunk mount bike racks. Both of these racks will fit a 2011 and 2012 Nissan Juke. I made sure to double check with Thule and both vehicles show the bike racks fitting.

I have included a link to a video review of the Raceway 3 bike version. If you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT, in order to carry the bikes more level. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works.

You will not be able to open the rear hatch with any trunk mount bike rack in place. The weight of the carrier alone or with bikes is too great for the vehicle and it can cause damage and/or fall off if you tried to open the rear hatch with the rack installed.
