For the hitches that fit your 2011 Toyota RAV4 like the etrailer part # e98864 the install bolts are M12x1.25x40 CL10.9. You can order these bolts as a replacement from us with the # RHK you referenced, or you could source them locally. I recommend getting the complete hardware set with part number # RHK.
