The very best hitch for the Ram Factory Prep Package is the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - 25,000 lbs # BWRVK3600. This hitch fits directly into the factory pucks for a very clean and custom fit. The base can be installed independent of the head for an easier transition in and out of your truck and the 1 inch thick dual jaws give you the best king pin contact for less jarring and chucking when towing. The cam action latching handle makes connecting and disconnecting your 5th wheel trailer much easier than the spring loaded hitches.
If you have a 6-1/2 foot bed, then I recommend the sliding hitch version # BWRVK3670 which is rated for 20,000 lbs. This hitch travels 12 inches between the locking points to give you the turning clearances needed for tight spaces like around gas pumps.
