Does Roadmaster 6 Diode Tow Bar Lighting Kit Fit 2018 Ford Taurus

Question:
Just wanted to check and make sure this will work on my 2018 Ford Taurus. My motorhome has combined signal and brake lights and my Taurus has separated signal and brake lights. Also pretty sure the brake lights are led, the turn signals are not. Want to make sure this will still work.
