Question:
Are all the twist locks the same? If I lose one can I buy one or do I need to buy a complete kit?

If you were to lose one of the arms that came with the base plate kit part # RM-521423-4 (or any Roadmaster kit) you'd have to order the replacement arm kit part # RM-ARMS which actually is a request sent off to Roadmaster to have a custom arm made since they are all unique to the vehicles they fit. Due to some variances sometimes two different identical part number base plate kits won't allow the arms of the other to fit.
