The correct Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for your 2008 Ford F-250 is part # C16448-204 on our site. The Kit # C16424-104 that you referenced fits 2011 - 2015 years of the F-250.
The # C16448-204 kit will give you the same industry standard base rail mounting points for a 5th wheel hitch though so it will still work for your application.
If you don't already have a 5th wheel hitch then I recommend going with the Curt A20 5th wheel hitch because it features jaws that provide secure 360 degree contact with the king pin and a fully articulating torsion head to help give you a smooth towing experience. If you have a short bed you want the sliding option # C16541 for cab clearance when turning but if you have a long bed you want the stationary part # C16140.
I have attached some review videos and an installation video for the rail kit on a 2008 F-250 for you to check out as well.
