Question:
Hello, I just ordered these chains for my Jeep Rubicon. I saw the video to install them and did get them on my jeep. My concern is this: on the inside of the tire when I hook the chains initially together leaves two chain links dangling. Do I have to worry about those links banging into something? There is so little room in my Rubicon with chains on? It is recommended that I dont use chains on my Rubicon so I am concerned about dangling parts. The front of the chains has a hook that ties up left over links.

I'd recommend removing the extra links as that will be safer than trying to secure them. This way you'd never have to worry about the links becoming unsecured and hitting something in your already tight clearances.
