Can the rail mate be installed on a 2019 26 foot bunk house model of a Forest River Surveyor ?

As long as your 2019 Forest River Surveyor has manual entry steps then the Stromberg Carlson Rail Mate Folding Handrail # AP-101 should fit just fine. The mounting bracket actually installs on the side of the step mounting frame bracket which makes it a very universal application.
Please note that you need to remove the handrail itself from the mounting bracket for traveling.
