I see the answer that was originally posted for this question, but my follow on question is, is there an adapter bracket that can be added to the existing 68265142AB that has the 2inch tube receiver?

The # 68265142AB from Ram is a 2 inch trailer hitch that fits Ram trucks. If you had this part number installed you wouldn't need an adapter to convert it to a 2 inch hitch.

We have a high capacity hitch from Draw Tite part # 41913 which is a fit for your 2019 Ram 1500 and has a bracket that bolts to the bumper beam.
