Will this fit a trailer frame 2wide 3in long ? Or do you have any that will! Thank you !!!

We have spare wheel/tire carriers like the Fulton Hi Mount # FSTC1000301 which will easily fit frame dimensions that are 2 inches wide by 3 inches tall but the carrier part # 3375201012 that you referenced is designed to fit a stake pocket hole so it would not work for you.
