Question:

you gave a part numberof pp20-702 for 2019 silverardo called pacer and they said they have nothing for 2016 to2019 whats up ?

The Pacer Performance 3rd Brake Light Logic Module # PP20-702 referenced in your question is a universal item that can simply be used to filter out the turn signal inputs for installation of a 3rd brake light (so the light doesn't illuminate with the turn signals). This is not custom fit for any certain model truck and is a hardwire application so it should work just fine with your 2019 Silverado.

The 2 yellow wires from the module will connect to the turn signal wires on the truck and the green wire will go to the 3rd brake light. I have attached an image to assist.
