The rear/side-view camera built into the mirror housing on the 2017 Honda Pilot will not make for an ideal fit for a universal clip-on towing mirror like the K-Source # KS3990 since the lower attachment arm is likely to at least partially block the camera's view.
A solution for adding towing mirrors that will not take away the benefit of this OEM camera system is the CIPA Universal Towing Mirror Set # CM11980-2. These attach only at the tops of the mirror housings, as shown in the linked photo and video.
