Are Ground and Neutrals Wired Together on Power Grip RV Power Maximizer
Updated 03/20/2019 | Published 03/19/2019 >
Question:
Do the grounds and neutrals wire together inside the 50 amp receptacle? Each outlet be it at a campground or generator will have there own grounds and neutrals. The two hot legs are individuals of course, that leaves 2 grounds and 2 neutrals, 4 wires, to terminate at 2 spots on the 50 amp receptacle. I want to use this on a Yamaha inverted 6300, looks like it would work with all power being generated from the same source, although the 6300 has 2 inverters, 1 motor. Will it work?

I reached out to a representative of Camco who said the Power Grip RV Power Maximizer - 50 Amp Female to 15 Amp Male and 30 Amp Male # CAM55025 does have the ground and neutrals wired together. They said it would work on outlets so long as it is not a GFCI outlet.
I have added a link to a video review of this adapter for you to take a look at.
