The B&W Turn Over Ball Gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1012 that you referenced fits the 2011 Silverado 2500 and 3500, both long beds and 6-1/2-foot beds. Of course it also fits the equivalent Sierras.
The linked instructions on page 2 give you the hitch positioning for each bed length. The hitch ball hole position is referenced to the rear edge of bed. You can also refer to the linked diagram taken from those instructions that gives the two dimensions depending on your bed length.
If you need an offset ball you can use part # BWGNXA4085 which gives 4-inches of extra clearance. For a standard ball use part # BWGNXA2025 for a 3-inch ball.
