There are 3 different trailer hitch options that will fit your 2009 Infiniti G37 and it all depends on what model you have:

Sedan - # C11499
Coupe - # C11493
Convertible - # C11068

Please note that Curt says you need to use the stabilizer strap # 18050 for any non-trailer loads like a bike rack.

If you don't already have a bike rack then I highly recommend using the Kuat Beta # B202-114 because it gives you a great bike rack at a great price. This bike rack has an aluminum frame which gives you superior rust corrosion and it comes completely assembled. It weighs a mere 12.6 lbs and has arms that are 8" apart which greatly reduces the need for an adapter like part # UB01.

The Beta doesn't come with locks but you can easily add them with parts # e98891 and # HL1. If you have another vehicle that has a 2" receiver (or purchase one in the future) you can even use the Adapter # D101 for the bike rack to fit properly.
