Question:
Cannot get the Trifecta RamBox step rail slid into the upper slot of the factory side rail. Extreme tightness. Only inserted 12 inches using hammer and block of wood. What do I need to do? Thanks.

I spoke to my contact at Extang and when I described the situation you are experiencing with your Extang Trifecta # EX94424 he mentioned that sometimes the clearances on the rails can be a bit tight due to manufacturing inconsistencies which will cause the fit to be challenging. He said that typically lubricating the rails will allow install to be completed.
