I got a fifth wheel trailer with 3 inch clearance at center of the tires , can Ezjack fit on when use for leveling

You can use the # EZ-JACK leveler along with an adjustable steel wheel stabilizer like # UF21-001091 (and like the one shown in your photo) but since the stabilizer and the 3-inch tire spacing will not allow the taller part of the # EZ-JACK to fit between your tires you will lose some portion of its leveling range. You will probably be limited to 2 or 3 inches of its 6-inch height range. Moving the stabilizer to a higher point between the tires will free up slightly more space for the leveler.
