What size will fit our 2018 Titan crewcab?

I do have options for you but there are not any custom fit towing mirrors for your 2018 Nissan Titan which includes the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors part # CM11500. The only type of towing mirror that is available for your Titan is a universal one like the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors part # KS3891-2 or the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors part # CM11980-2.

The K-Source mirrors and CIPA mirrors are both excellent options for you. If you find yourself to be towing frequently then you will want to invest in the K-Source mirrors as they are more secure and offer a better fit on the vehicle's mirrors whereas if you find yourself to be towing infrequently then you will want to invest in the CIPA mirrors as they are very easy to take on and off the vehicle. However, I am sure you will be happy with either option.
