On my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 there is no power to the charge line when I plug in my camper cord. Where is the fuse for that located in my fuse box?

Your generation of Dodge Ram has a TIPM that controls the trailer wiring circuit fuses/relays. Your best option is going to be to run 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by foot) from the positive post of your battery through a breaker like part # 9510 to the pin on your 7-way in the 5:00 position.
