For your 2013 Chevy Impala, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12252. This is a custom fit that will allow you to use the Curt Class II Drawbar # C45522 along with hitch ball # C40018 and pin/clip # F-4.
If you need trailer wiring, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118417 which will plug into the factory harness located behind the passenger side tail light assembly.
Then you will be able to tow a trailer like the Detail K2 Mighty Multi A-Frame Utility Trailer - 7-1/2' Long - 1,640 lbs # K2MMT5X7. For your bike, I also recommend using the Tow-Rax Removable Wheel Chock # TWSPWM to give you stability and tie-down points. Then you can use the Erickson Motorcycle and ATV Tie-Downs w Soft Ties and TCS Buckles - 1"x6' - 400 lbs - Qty 2 # EM05729 to secure your Kawasaki Ninja using the integrated soft ties as shown in the picture.
