Will the Rhino Rack Sling Kit RR-RTLK Fit Standard Crossbars

I have seen videos which appear to show these sling kits being used on a Rhino Rack vortex bar in connection with the T-Loader. Do these in fact fit the vortex bars?

I called Rhino-Rack about the Rhino Rack Replacement Sling Kit for T-Load Load Assist part # RR-RTLK and they informed me that it would work on all aero, square, or factory crossbars. Therefore, you can use them on your Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars like part # RRVA126B-2.
