Question:
Looking for 2 things. A hitch mount shackle that I can attach to a snap strap and a stand alone shackle that I can mount elsewhere on the frame. Vehicle is a Mercedes Sprinter 3500 tricked out as a motorhome. GCWR 15,250 lbs. Thx.

The Curt Tow Strap Loop # C45832 that you referenced is a great hitch mounted tow strap loop. It's a clevis loop that can pivot up and down and has the same weight capacity as any hitch it's installed in. We don't carry any weld on loops though so for that we won't be able to help you.
I attached a review video for the # C45832 that you referenced as well.
