The adjustment arm is on a 434723 Solera power 69” wall mount and is used for raising or lowering the pitch of the awning. It connects to another spring loaded arm. It’s the small arm that is hanging

We have replacement support arms from Solera that measure 69 inches such as the Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm # LC281154 (Black) and Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm # LC281152 (White) but no replacement arms that are just 14.25".

I'm not sure which part you were referencing as looking like the photo but the closest thing we have to an arm with that measurement are replacement gas struts (it should be noted the aforementioned arms do come with a gas strut).

If you only needed the strut, there is the Solera Gas Strut, 124 to 144 lbs for Pitched Awning Arms # LC260282 measures 14.7" when retracted and 24.38" when extended which works with both power and manual Solera awning arm assemblies.

The other option is the Solera Gas Strut 26", 124 lbs for Short and Flat Awning Arms # LC280343 which measures 15.04" when retracted and 26.46" when extended; as the name states it is for Solera Short and Flat awning arm assemblies and works with either power or manual awnings.

Thank you so much for the photo it was very helpful. That part is the pitch arm and is actually part of the support arm and not available as a separate piece so you are going to need to replace the entire support arm assembly. Since you mentioned the Solera 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC434723 which has 69 inch arms the correct assembly will be the Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm, Black # LC281154.
