Question:
Would this mirror interfere with Fords Blis Blind Spot information system? This system warns of another vehicle in your truck or trailer blind spot.

The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM11550 referenced in your question are confirmed to fit your 2019 Ford F-150 and will retain the use of your factory BSDS (Blind Spot Detection System) camera. They will not interfere with this feature. If your factory mirrors also have the turn signals, puddle lamps, and LED spotlights these mirrors will retain those functions as well.
These are extremely nice towing mirrors that will slip right over the factory units to provide you with an extended view. Their aerodynamic shape reduces wind noise and also allows for a sleek OEM appearance (see attached image). I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out as well. Both the driver and passenger side mirrors are included.
