Question:

I have a 2019 Dutchmen 3551. It 38.5 feet. GVWR is 16900. If I purchase the 4 point system can I add 2 legs to the system at a later date if needed

You can upgrade the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 4-Point Set # LC358590 to the 6-Point Set # LC675817 later on but you will need to replace the control module to part # LC346005 as well as add the Left Rear Leg # LC342610 and Right Rear Leg # LC428493 and the wiring harnesses # LC347013 and # LC347012.

If you are pretty sure that you will be upgrading to the 6-Point Set in the future it is actually more cost-effective to purchase it outright instead of adding the legs and the control module in the future. Another added benefit is knowing that your entire leveling system is getting the same wear instead of some of the components being used longer than others.
