Recommended Tire Chains for 235/80R17 Tires on a 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually

Question:

I need chains for 2008 Dodge Ram front and rear dually tires. Tire size is 235/80r17. Can you please tell me what chain I need to buy?

The chains that I recommend for the 235/80R17 tires on your 2008 Dodge Ram are the Titan Chain twist link snow tire chains part # TC4221 for your dually tires and part # TC2221 for your front tires. These are rated for both on and off road use and they will give you great traction with deep snow without compromising your ride quality too much. These are adequate for ice so if you think you will end up driving on ice you need the square links # TC2524 for your front chains instead. Please note that these are only rated for on road use though.

We do recommend using adjusters like part # TCMA2 as well to help keep the chains on snug.
