The E-track brackets like what is attached to the CargoSmart Accessory Bar # 3481750 you referenced are not available as a separate component, but we do have many other accessories that use the same type of mount. These include the Spare Tire Carrier # RA-16HST, Storage Hook # EM59142, and the Wood Beam Socket # 59149.
