Yes, the TracRac, TracVan, Triple Ladder Rack, # TH29056XT, will fit on your 2004 Chevrolet Express Van 2500.
Your G series van requires the use of the Gutter Spans, supplied, which are designed to span the putty filled rain gutter for maximum strength. Refer to installation B in the instructions linked here for you to review.
You will also need to add shims to compensate for the curve in the gutters on your 2004 Chevrolet Express Van. The shims are also included with the TracVan, Triple Ladder Rack.
