The Erickson Clamps for Truck Bed Toppers # EM09453 that you referenced is a general-purpose clamp kit intended for securing a hard tonneau cover or camper shell to the standard bed rails of a pickup. Most likely it would work fine for you, but you'd have to compare the camper shell you have to the bed rails to determine this. If what you have is a standard install that uses clamps similar to this you'd be fine.
