Yes, the Hand Winch Strap with Safety Hook part # DL24251 will work just fine with the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch part # DL14725. However, please note that you will be limited to the weight capacity of the winch which is 2,000 lbs because it is lower than that of the strap which is 4,000 lbs but this won't cause any issues it is just something that you need to be conscious of.
