Can 2019 Buick Enclave Be Towed Behind RV

In order to tow what procedures do you do, shift to Neutral, disengage what fuses?

I checked the owners manual of your 2019 Buick Enclave and they state that the vehicle cannot be flat towed with all 4 wheels on the ground and that you'd have to use a dolly like the Roadmaster Tow Dolly # RM-2050-1. Here's what Buick recommends for tow dolly towing:

To tow the vehicle from the front
with two wheels on the ground:
1. Put the vehicle front wheels on the dolly.
2. Shift the transmission to P (Park).
3. Set the parking brake.
4. If equipped, put the vehicle in AWD. See Driver Mode Control 220.
5. Secure the vehicle to the dolly.
6. Follow the dolly manufacturer's instructions for preparing the vehicle and dolly for towing.
7. Release the parking brake.
8. Turn the vehicle off.
9. Open the hood.
10. Wait two minutes.
11. Disconnect the negative (-) terminal connector from the 12-volt battery.
12. Close and latch the hood.
