What screws do I need to attach this plate to the slam latch

The hardware you'll need to install the Global Link Mounting Plate # 295-000016 that you referenced is not included as the application determines what you should go with. We don't carry any hardware for it so your best solution will be to consider where you plan to mount it and then take the plate up to a hardware store to try and find the best solution that matches the hole diameters and length needed.
