Question:
HI, I have an older Yakima set up, Bar and Towers with Q clips that I have used on my 2016 CRV...now have an 18 CRV...can I just use the same towers and clips on my new 2018?

I checked with Yakima and found that you will need a new set of towers and clips for your 2018 Honda CR-V. It looks like there was a generational change for the CR-V starting with the 2017 model that required a new fit for the roof rack hardware. You will be able to transfer your existing round crossbars to the new vehicle if desired.
If your 2018 CR-V has a completely naked roof you will need # Y28TR for the BaseLine Towers, # Y06188 for the Front BaseClip Fit Kit, # Y06189 for the Rear BaseClip Fit Kit, and # Y03536 for the RoundBar Adapter.
If your CR-V has flush mounted rails that run front to back you will need # Y53TR for the SkyLine Towers, # Y03536 for the RoundBar Adapter, and # Y00245 for the Landing Pad Set.
