Trying to figure out if the CM11400 fit with the chrome mirror 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie .

I do have a solution for you but unfortunately the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM11400 are not compatible with the chrome mirrors on your 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie as they have a different design. I confirmed this with my contact at CIPA.

Instead I recommend replacing your current mirrors with the K-Source Custom Flip Out Towing Mirrors # KS60193-94C because they give you an OEM look but also flip out for use when towing. These carry the electric adjustment, heated glass, turn signals, puddle lamps, and power folding functions but please note that these will only work if you already have those functions. These mirrors are black so to have the chrome look you'd also need the Putco Chrome Overlays # P400500.

If you would rather keep your current mirrors then we also have the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2 which clamp around your OEM mirrors and can easily be removed when you aren't towing. They don't look as clean as the custom mirrors mentioned above but they do get the job done.
