According to Kat's if your 2018 Kia Sorento has the 2.4L Engine the Kat's Heaters Engine Block Heater # KH11812 will be installed in the second rear right (2nd RR) position on the block as pictured in the attached diagram. This will be towards the passenger side of the engine when you are looking at it with the hood open.
