Was wandering where the block heater is on a 2015 Soul Ex 1.6 liter. Its my step daughters car. She bought it in the fall of 2018. We have come into some really cold weather lately and she cant find the cord to her block heater. She figures now there isnt one. So what should I fo

If your daughter's 2015 Soul Ex 1.6 liter had a Kat's brand block heater it would be the part # KH11812 that you referenced. It would install in the cartridge that is in the right rear position that is on the side of the engine that faces the firewall but on the passenger side. If you have a different brand heater I couldn't tell you where it might be installed.
