1999 grand Cherokee brush guard Is there a way to retain my factory tow hooks and still use the winston brush guard?

The Westin Sportsman Grille Guard - 1 Piece - Black Powder Coated Steel # 40-0125 does not require the removal of your factory tow hooks according to the instructions that I've attached. I reached out to my tech contact at Westin and all he could give me was a maybe because he believes the mounts are in the same area as the tow hooks and there may be interference. Sorry that I can't give you a clean cut answer, but the manufacturer can't provide it. I have attached a photo from the instructions that show the 3 bolts into the frame that will help you determine the fit location and whether or not you will have interference with your factory tow hooks.
