According to my research your 2018 Jayco Greyhawk motorhome was built on a Ford E-450 chassis, and for this chassis the correct steering stabilizer is the Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer # RM47MR.

Along with the stabilizer I highly recommend (if you don't have one) a rear anti-sway bar because these are a vast improvement over the OEM sway bars and their placement at the rear of the vehicle allows for maximum efficiency in terms of better overall handling.

After that you can further improve the ride by adding a front anti-sway bar and the stabilizer; the combination of these three parts will dramatically increase the handling and comfort of your ride, allowing you to enjoy your time on the road instead of exhaustively attempting to keep your rig centered at all times.
