I was looking at the Thule T2 classic for my Outlander for a male & a female mountain bike.

The Thule T2 Pro XTR for 2 inch hitches part # TH83JV or for 1-1/4 inch hitch part # TH23JV are very nice bike racks that I would recommend highly. They only touch the bikes at the tires and can tilt up when not in use. Many refer to these as best options for carrying two bikes.
Basically any bike rack designed for a 2 inch hitch is going to fit the Curt hitch part # C11363 you referenced which is a fit for your 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander.
