The Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-2015 is not compatible with a front mounted trailer hitch but is compatible with a 2006-2008 Ford F-150. It will utilize the same mounting locations as a front mounted trailer hitch receiver, so there will be interference as they compete for the same space. You unfortunately will need to decide which is more important to you.

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 65043 will not be compatible with the grille guard. The front hitch receiver mounts location and crossbar location will interfere with the grille guard mount and bar locations. The two are not compatible at the same time.
