I have attached an install video for you of the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 31352 on a 2007 Ford F-150. This will be very similar to the process you will need to follow on your 2003 Ford Expedition but as we have not had the chance to install this hitch on your exact vehicle, I have no video to send you on this.
There is also a set of installation instructions in text form which are attached that you can look over to see if you will be able to install the hitch yourself. The install should only take you around an hour or so to complete.
