The Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 18" to 51" Wide # C13702 or the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver - 18"-51" Wide - 2" Drop - Class III - 2" # C13701 are going to be the best option for your 2012 Keystone Alpine 300RE 5th Wheel. These are both rated for 5,000 lbs towing capacity or 6,000 lbs when using weight distribution which it sounds like will be more than enough for your needs.
