What is the distance from the center of the ball mount hole to the vertical upright?

On the Flash E Series Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w Chrome Balls - 2" Hitch - Item # FA42-00-2800, the measurement from the center of the ball mount hole to the closest edge of the vertical upright is 4-1/4 inches.
The distance from the closest edge of the 2-5/16 inch ball to the vertical upright is 1-7/8 inches.
I am including a picture that will include the measurements listed above.
