Question:
Can this car be towed with a car dolly?

I looked in the owner's manual for your 2003 Toyota Echo and it doesn't specify whether or not the vehicle can be dolly towed. Therefore, you will need to consult your local dealer to see if this is allowed. However, the majority of front wheel drive vehicles can be dolly towed so if this is the case then I recommend using the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes part # RM-2050-1 because it comes with everything you need to hit the road save for a trailer connector, part # PK12706.
I have attached a review video of this tow dolly for you as well so you can learn more about it.
