For your 2016 Ram 2500 Mega Cab the bed length is 76.8 inches so you will want the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover - Folding - Aluminum - Matte Finish # BAK48203 which is a confirmed fit as long as you don't have RamBox. If you have RamBox, then there is still an MX4 but you will instead use part # BAK48203RB.
