I own a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 65inch bed. Can this bed cover fit even though I have chrome rails bolted to the top of the bed

The Bestop EZ Fold Folding Tonneau Cover # B1623801 can fit on truck bed rails that have covers on them like the chrome ones you have on your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 short bed. If you watch the review video you'll see that the cover rests on top of the bed rails and then a lever comes down and grabs the bed rail.
