The 2003 Dolphin motorhomes are built on the Workhorse W-22 chassis and the correct steering stabilizer for this unit is the Roadmaster Reflex # RM-RBK13-RSSA. This USA-made item includes the stabilizer, custom mounting brackets, all hardware and installation instructions. It is shown in the linked video.
The stabilizer attaches to your Workhorse W-Series' tie rod on one end and to the frame on the other. A heavy-duty steel spring runs the length of the rod, constantly working to keep steering controlled.
The stabilizer item # RM-RBK22-RSSA you referenced is for V10 units only.
