How do you know if it has the towing package.

You can determine if your 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe has the factory tow package either by having a dealership run the car's VIN to check its factory equipment or you can check under the vehicle along the frame on the driver's side to see if you have the mating connector that matches the one shown in the linked photo.
