Will a trailer hitch for a 2015 Honda CR-V fit a 2018 Honda CR-V?

There was a big enough generation change between the 2016 and 2017 Honda CR-Vs that they had to create a new hitch fit. So for your 2018 you'd need the part # 76128 that you referenced as the hitch from a 2015 would not fit.
