Audi Q7 tail lamp change over problem light working bumper only not in tail lamp pls suggest me what is the problem

The wiring in many German autos will not react well to the presence of LED lighting on a trailer, or even in an item like the 7-to-4 Adapter # 47345. I recommend you try another 7-to-4 adapter that does NOT have built-in LED test lights, such as # PK12716, if your trailer does NOT have LED lights. If it DOES have LED lights the instead use # C35FR.
You can also use a coiled cord type adapter like # 787196 or # HM47065.
